Okay, so maybe I haven’t been the biggest Evil Dead remake fan in the world.  Alright I’ll say it; I’ve been scared they’ll frak it up.  But they’ve got a contest that has me doing the happy all over the house.  Which is a good thing, aside from all the mess.

IGN.com is holding a “Meet Bruce Campbell” contest!  Yeah, you read that right.  Just head to their Facebook page (oh, and don’t forget to “Like” it, y’all) & tell them why you’re the biggest Bruce fan out there…and you just may get lucky.

Everybody wins though; they’ve got a teaser trailer up for everyone who likes their FB page (it’s on @EvilDead too, btw.)  The winner of the contest will be the first one to see the official Red Band trailer, but honestly?  After seeing the teaser trailer, I’M ALL IN Y’ALL.  The FX looks butt-kickin’, there’s some seriously creepy cinematography, and there’s the gang of (idiots) young’uns ready to stupidly read from the Book of the Dead.  Ahh, short-lived youth.

So pack your bags, time to head to the woods y’all.  April 12, 2013.  Don’t worry about packing sunscreen; you won’t be alive long enough.
