Mmm. October has left us with a massive sugar hangover. (Sugar. Sure.) November promises tons of napping off turkey-induced overindulgence. (Turkey. Sure.) But what about Right Now? How can you get a bit of Too Much Good Stuff right now?
Well, I’ma tell you. Drive on down to Waldorf and get your Southern Maryland Comic-Con on y’all! Not only can you score the usual amount (read: LOTS) of reading material, you can meet Jim Cummings. Who’s he? Oh, just THANOS. And Jonah Hex. And freakin’ Tigger for cryin’ out loud. Yep, Jim Cummings is a voice actor, and he’ll be at a Q&A. Just don’t embarass yourself by asking anything too obsessively detailed. Because folks, they’re make believe. Don’t have him pull a Kirk.
So stock upon the good stuff now, so you can bury yourself in it when family starts to ask when you’re gonna settle down and give them grandkids. Or get a real job. Or stop shoveling fistfuls of pumpkin pie cheesecake into your gaping maw. Ahh, the holidays.
Read on for the full press release after the jump!
