Yesterday, The Capitol, under the authority of the Capitol Ministry of Information, released seven District Heroes across Yahoo and Tumblr. Please take a minute to reflect and learn more about these esteemed district citizens at the links below.

These posters are absolutely breathtaking, but also call up propaganda posters from last Century. What really gets me is the District 7 poster, with Elias’ “For Brother” tattoo. What happened? I’m betting it was nothing good. Reaped, perhaps?
