Simon Pegg’s “Man Up”: groovy soundtrack now on Spotify

manup onesheetGotta love Simon Pegg.  Shaun of the Dead is one of my all-time favorite zombie films, and Hot Fuzz was just fantastic.  So when I heard about Man Up, I leaned in.  Here’s the synopsis:

A single woman who’s mistaken for a stranger’s blind date, leads to her finding the perfect boyfriend.

If the soundtrack is any indication, this should be a whole lot of fun. The B-52’s, George Thorogood, The Jim Jones Review, Duran Duran and a whole lot more. Not to mention the song “What Time Do You Call This” by Elbow, which is a dreamy sweet song that sounds like a Pivotal Moment Song for the film.

Man Up also stars the lovely Lake Bell (TRON: Uprising), and hit UK theaters May 29th.  Not sure when it’ll come to the states, but I’ll keep tabs.  Read on for the 411 on the soundtrack!

The soundtrack for brand new Simon Pegg rom-com, ‘Man Up’, is out now featuring Clare Maguire’s ‘Have Love, Will Travel’ and an exclusive track from Elbow, which you can listen to below.

Get your copy of the soundtrack via iTunes, Amazon and Google Play as well on CD via the Fiction Records store.

You can stream ‘Have Love, Will Travel’ as part of the full soundtrack via Spotify HERE.
