Gotta admit I wasn’t really into the Child’s Play series. Except for Bride of Chucky, I like my horror dolls to be of the Zuni Fetish variety. But with Aubrey Plaza playing the mom in this reboot, this Play might have a fun wry spin. Synopsis!

A contemporary re-imagining of the 1988 horror classic, Child’s Play follows Karen (Aubrey Plaza), a single mother who gifts her son Andy (Gabriel Bateman) a Buddi doll, unaware of its more sinister nature.
