Annie’s here! Or at least pics from the film are. Lookee!

annie onesheetKinda seems like it was just this morning that I was giving away passes…. Oh wait.  It was.  So wanna see what you lucky winners (and you theater lovers, my favorite kindsa people, who will be hitting the multiplex starting 12/19) are in for with Annie?  Then peep these pics from the film and the junket photo call!

(I love the Shiba Inu mix that plays Sandy in this Annie.  Just so adorable! )

411 from the press notes:

Academy Award® nominee Quvenzhané Wallis (Beasts of the Southern Wild) stars as Annie, a young, happy foster kid who’s also tough enough to make her way on the streets of New York in 2014. Originally left by her parents as a baby with the promise that they’d be back for her someday, it’s been a hard-knock life ever since with her mean foster mom Miss Hannigan (Cameron Diaz). But everything’s about to change when the hard-nosed tycoon and New York mayoral candidate Will Stacks (Jamie Foxx) – advised by his brilliant VP, Grace (Rose Byrne) and his shrewd and scheming campaign advisor, Guy (Bobby Cannavale) – makes a thinly-veiled campaign move and takes her in. Stacks believes he’s her guardian angel, but Annie’s self-assured nature and bright, sun-will-come-out-tomorrow outlook on life just might mean it’s the other way around.

Baltimore Screening Pass-palooza: The Interview

The Interview onesheetWanna laugh?  Well here’s a chance to chuckle with a crowd; I’ve got passes for the Baltimore area screening of The Interview!

Here’s the 411 straight from the lovely and talented PR Posse:

Synopsis:  In the action-comedy The Interview, Dave Skylark (James Franco) and his producer Aaron Rapoport (Seth Rogen) run the popular celebrity tabloid TV show ‘Skylark Tonight.’ When they discover that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is a fan of the show, they land an interview with him in an attempt to legitimize themselves as journalists. As Dave and Aaron prepare to travel to Pyongyang, their plans change when the CIA recruits them, perhaps the most unlikely candidates, to ‘take out’ Kim Jong-un.

Please note, this film has been rated R.

LIVE FEED: Bond 24 on 12/4/2014 — watch here!

Bond 24 onesheet Ready for a super-secret announcement?  Okay, not so secret — it’ll be up for everyone to tune into tomorrow — but hey, it’s about James Bond.  So kinda secret maybe?

Tomorrow at 10:50am GMT (that’s 5:50am here on the East Coast), Sony Entertainment will be at Pinewood Studios (aka Bond Central) to announce the title for the next Bond film, and officially give everyone the details on who will play whom.  I’m dying to hear if Sherlock‘s Moriarty will be the next Bond baddie; Andrew Scott is delightfully hissable as Holmes and Watson’s nemesis, so it’ll be great to see him flex his acting chops on the big screen playing a big bad.

Want to catch the live stream?  Just come right back here and give it a watch (and read on for all the details — including what will be announced when — straight from Sony):

(Image: Variety)

This is not a drill y’all:

Jared Leto – The Joker
Will Smith – Deadshot
Tom Hardy – Rick Flag
Margot Robbie – Harley Quinn
Jai Courtney – Boomerang
Cara Delevingne – Enchantress

I’m stoked to see how Leto will handle Mistah J.  Not to mention checking out the onscreen chemistry between Leto’s J and Robbi’s Harley. But the real groovy surprise is Smith as Deadshot; you just know he’s gonna bring his A Team Game for this one.  What?  I loved Hancock.  Haters.

Read the full 411 from Variety in the reblog below. And try not to squee too loudly; I’ve already done that for you.

Angelina Jolie’s Unbroken: movie stills and 411!

onesheetYou know it’s officially the Awards Season Onslaught when the hard-hitting films hit the multiplex.  Add Unbroken to the list of seriously heavy dramatic stories, with more than a dollop of real life. Gotta admit that I’m pulled in two directions with this film.  On the one hand, I’m excited to see Jolie work with such a powerful story of survival.  On the other hand, I’m really not looking forward to seeing approximately half of my genetic makeup be absolutely horrible to people for no good reason whatsoever.  Even if it’s just a movie, Unbroken is definitely based on a true story.  *shudders*

Stills from the film hit today, and who am I to turn ’em down?  Hello sneak peek!  So check ’em out, and read about the film after the jump….

Unbroken opens on Christmas Day, 2015.
