BCC2015: Exclusive DC variant covers! Hello “Harley Quinn #20”!

Batman Harley Variants BCCIt’s variants day y’all!  DC Comics has spread the word that there will be special Baltimore Comic-Con variant covers for Batman #44 and Harley Quinn #20!

Yes, I’m definitely picking up the Harley.  (And let’s not forget Conner and Palmiotti will be there this year — signage opportunity!) But as Batman Day falls during Baltimore Comic-Con, what Friend Of The Bat wouldn’t grab up a #44?  Oh, hello.

DC Entertainment Reveals Variant Covers for Baltimore Comic-Con

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – September 14, 2015 – Baltimore: home of crab cakes, pit beef sandwiches, and the 2015 Baltimore Comic-Con, September 25-27! In addition to your favorite talent attending the show, DC has some additional activities going down that will make this a can’t-miss event for all comic fans!

Celebrate BATMAN DAY with BATMAN Creators

It’s BATMAN DAY, and the Baltimore Comic-Con will be celebrating! Join DC’s Vice President of Talent Development Bobbie Chase and an all-star lineup of creators who chronicle the adventures of the Dark Knight, his allies, and his foes, including Scott Snyder (Batman), Peter Tomasi (Detective Comics, Robin War), Greg Pak (Batman/Superman), Jimmy Palmiotti (Harley Quinn, Harley’s Little Black Book), Tom King (Grayson, Robin War), and James Tynion IV (Batman & Robin Eternal). The panel takes place on Saturday, September 26th at 2:45pm ET in Room 339-342 in the Convention Center.

Variant Covers From Graphitti Designs On-Sale All Weekend Long

Co-written by Scott Snyder and Brian Azzarello, this oversized issue with cover by guest artist JOCK flashes back and spotlights a case from Batman’s past (Bruce Wayne), investigating a case in The Narrows that leads to the story behind the origin of the current enemy of James “Bat-Gordon,” Mr. Bloom!

HARLEY QUINN #20

Co-written by Amanda Conner and Jimmy Palmiotti with art by John Timms and a cover by Amanda Conner.
