Just your typical day in the catacombs.
I love Poe. I love beer and wine. So when Poe Forevermore had an event called “The Cask of Amontillado Tasting Among the Bones”? I made a point to attend. Good thing. The event – the proceeds of which go … Continue reading

The Call, or why I’ll never be a 911 operator
There are some things I know I’ll never do. I’ll never be a secretary, because I can’t multitask worth beans. I won’t be a waitress because my dexterity is, shall we say, less than admirable. I’ll never jump out of … Continue reading

Okay, this is where shit gets REAL this season. Andrea is still doing it for the nookie, Merle isn’t getting a hero’s welcome, and the Governor thinks about burning his busted eyeball. Because that’s not crazy. :04 – can’t believe … Continue reading

Can a Comic-Con help a school? ANS says YES!
C’mon; if The Old Line Garrison of the 501st Legion is showing up, you know it’s a good cause. Like the local Archbishop Neale School. Who doesn’t like helping kids be all they can be? I thought so. With schools … Continue reading

Monsters University, now accepting new students!
I’ve been loving the trailers and posters for Monsters University. No secret there. (Though I love this new poster, I’m really lusting after an International banner, which have Chinese New Year of the Snake motifs!) But Disney/Pixar has gone above … Continue reading
