Randy Rainbow channels his inner Hercules in his latest parody, “Social Distance”!

He’s a great singer, he’s a talented satirist, and he’s funny as hell. So take some time to check out his latest song, in-between your patriotic duty of rewatching Buffy the Vampire Slayer and staying the fuck inside. AMURICA!

Be well out there.

At Home Ideas – “20 Astonishingly Apropos NETFLIX Movies to Watch During the 2020 Self Isolation” by Flick Connection!

Fantastic list by a fantastic channel. Films and TV series, so you’ll find something for a quick watch, or a serious binge. And while there a lot of great ideas here, I really can’t second his recommendation of the BBC series Dead Set enough.

If you’ve exhausted your “typical” quarantine movies, check these out.

At Home Ideas: “train” themed horror movies!

I know I’m not the only one who will be/is currently going through cabin fever. (The housebound type, not the Eli Roth type.) So? From time to time during our mass at-home period, I’ll be posting ideas on what to watch.

Today? It’s horror movies that deal with trains. Yep yep. There are several excellent films that get their spooky on while riding the tracks. Any one of these would make an excellent solo watch, or a great double feature. Heck, marathon these puppies if you want. Nobody’s around.

Movie News – “F9” postponed til April 2021

From the creators of the Fast & Furious:

To our family of Fast fans everywhere,

We feel all the love and the anticipation you have for the next chapter in our saga.

That’s why it’s especially tough to let you know that we have to move the release date of the film. It’s become clear that it won’t be possible for all of our fans around the world to see the film this May.

We are moving the global release date to April 2021, with North America opening on April 2. While we know there is disappointment in having to wait a little while longer, this move is made with the safety of everyone as our foremost consideration.

Moving will allow our global family to experience our new chapter together. We’ll see you next spring.

    Much love,

    Your Fast Family

Take good care of yourselves out there, everyone.

    “EMMA.” Perfection.

“You are so kind to me, Miss Woodhouse.”

Story: Emma Woodhouse lives a perfect life. She’s rich (well, her dad is), beautiful (just ask anyone), and has an incredible talent for matchmaking (just ask her). But being so perfect can be a curse; her reckless attitude toward friends and acquaintances of lower station can put them in serious social (and fiscal) danger. Will she ever learn to just let things be? Probably not, but one can hope.

Genre I’d put it in: Incredible Adaptations Of Classic Novels

Remake, Sequel, Based-On, or Original: Based on the classic novel by Jane Austen. Who didn’t put the heroine’s name in all caps, just so you know. Continue reading
